China trade with SCO states grows sevenfold in past 10 years

ASTANA, June 14 (Itar-Tass) - The amount of China's trade with
countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) has reached 84
billion dollars over the past ten years, growing sevenfold, Chinese
Commerce Minister Chen Deming said on Tuesday.
"Much progress has been reached in the development of trade and
economic ties between China and SCO member states. The amount of trade
between China and other countries of the Organisation has grown almost
sevenfold over these years - from 12 billion dollars to 84 billion
dollars," the Chinese minister emphasized.
