MONSTER LAUNCHES GATEWAY TO JOB OPPORTUNITIES FOR MALAYSIAN DIASPORA
KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama) - Monster Malaysia, an online career and recruitment solutions provider, has launched an initiative called "Return2Home", targeting Malaysians residing abroad looking at returning.
"The new initiative reflects the Malaysian government's ongoing commitment to provide skilled employment opportunities for locals as part of a diversified and sustainable knowledge-based economy," the company said in a statement Thursday.
It said Monster would target and connect Malaysian jobseekers from the US, the UK, Canada, India, the Gulf and the rest of South East Asia and connect them with the opportunities that exist for them in their own country.
The initiative would also target the corporate/employers who were looking at hiring locals from across the globe, it said.
"Return2Home initiative is poised to help employers attract the right talent who have the relevant global experience, domain knowledge and are also culturally aligned," it added.
