MALAYSIA IS A PRODUCT FOR MALAYSIANS

1Malaysia it is not merely a slogan but
has been translated into products towards helping Malaysians to have a
better life, said Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak.

He said the 1Malaysia clinics and 1Malaysia Retail Shop were examples of the
products which Malaysians could utilise for better living.

"Where in the world can you go to a clinic and pay RM1 before you can get
treatment together with free medicine.But here in Malaysia, we have 1Malaysia
Clinic.

"I have also launched the 1Malaysia Retail Shop where the groceries there
are around 40 per cent cheaper and there are many more plans in the pipeline,"
he said when addressing members of Young Corporate Malaysians (YCM) at a
dialogue here Monday night.

The dialogue themed "Economic Transformation Programme and The New Economic
Model", was attended by 500 members of YCM.

YCM was established in January 2008 by a group of young professionals with
the objective of building a network of young professionals through various
informative and social events beneficial to its members.
