SECOND FINANCE MINISTER TO ATTEND IDB GOVERNORS MEETING
KUALA LUMPUR, June 28 (Bernama) -- Second Finance Minister Ahmad Husni
Hanadzlah will attend the annual meeting of the Board of Governors of the
Islamic Development Bank beginning Wednesday in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
In a statement today, the Ministry of Finance said the two-day meeting would
be attended by board of governors comprising finance ministers from 56 member
countries.
Concurrently with the meeting, Ahmad Husni will also be a panelist at the
22nd IDB Annual Symposium themed, "Global Unemployment Post Economic Crisis".
He is also scheduled to hold several meetings on bilateral issues with his
counterparts from member nations on the sidelines of the IDB governors meeting.
