Russia world leader in June in terms of crude oil output

LONDON (Itar-Tass) - Russia remained the world's leading
country in June in terms of crude oil production, with the averaged daily
output standing at 10.2 million barrels, Bloomberg news agency said
Saturday.
It pointed out a general reduction of output of the crude last month,
the first one since March. For instance, the daily averaged output stood
at 10.26 million tons in May.
Bloomberg recalled however that Russia would produce 10.15 million
barrels of oil a day in May 2010.
Expert assessments suggest that the Russian oil industry has the
capability for producing more trhan 10 million barrels of crude per day throughout the next decade.
