Almost 100 Seliger Forum innovation projects to be financially

SELIGER, Tver Region July 10 (Itar-Tass) -- Financial support will be
provided for almost 100 innovation projects of participants in the
Innovation and Technical Creative Work session that closed at the
Seliger-2011 Forum on Saturday, session head Sergei Blintsov told
Itar-Tass.
Support for the projects will be provided by session partners or
company representatives who arrived at Seliger. Young innovators right at
the forum concluded agreements amounting to over 16 million roubles, he
noted.
A grant is provided for young inventor Artyom Yelkin's project for
modification of surfaces of polymeric materials with fluorine-containing
mixture. Financial support will be also given to composite materials
development projects.
The author of the project for controlling a non-collector engine with
a USB interface, Andrei Shchebentovsky, will have an opportunity to have a
training course in the Sitronics company centre in Paris, and some session
participants will go to have training in the LG company centre in Seoul.
Aside from the innovation session, the Information Flow,
International, You are an Entrepreneur and Art-Parade sessions closed at
the forum on Saturday. The fitness session Run after Me and the Technology
of the Good devoted to volunteers opened on July 9.
The youth educational forum Seliger-2011 is held at the same-name lake
in the Tver Region from July 1 till August 2. A total of 20,000 young
people from 80 regions of Russia and more than 80 countries participate in
its work.
