Envoy: US Pursues Warmongering Policies to Maintain Hegemony

TEHRAN (FNA)- A senior Iranian diplomat lashed out at the United States' immoral and warmongering policies, saying that the US politicians, specially the Neocons, spark wars in different parts of the world in a bid to gain or maintain hegemony over those regions.
"American neoconservatives view continued wars as a necessity to gain and control political order and believe that war is needed for survival since peace will result in demise," Iran's Ambassador to Brazil Mohsen Shaterzaheh said addressing a conference in Brasilia on the 'Place of Ethics in Human Society'.

He further said that the US Neocons do not attach much importance to ethics in politics and that's why the world is filled with the sad scenes of war, massacre, bloodshed, plunder, crime and racism led and exercised by the criminal US and the racist and blood-sucking Zionist regime.

"They have thrown away ethics and are imposing their devil policies on the people of the world," Shaterzadeh noted.

Iranian officials, President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in particular, have always underlined the necessity and need for the establishment of a new world order, saying that the current unjust order has failed to resolve global problems and, thus, reached its end.
