Polish president to discuss political, economic cooperation with Armenia
YEREVAN, July 28 (Itar-Tass) -- Polish President Bronislaw Komorowski
will meet with members of the Armenian leadership on Thursday, July 28, to
discuss political, economic cooperation with Armenia.
Komorowski arrived in Yerevan on Wednesday evening, July 27, on an
official visit at the invitation of President Serzh Sargsyan.
On Thursday morning, Komorowski will have talks with Sargsyan,
Parliament Speaker Ovik Abramyan and Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan, and
then visit the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin to be received by Catholicos
Karekin II, the head of the Armenian Apostolic Church.
During the visit, the sides plan to sign documents aimed at developing
bilateral cooperation.
After that the presidents of the two countries will hold a press
conference.
Armenia is interested to study Poland's experience of European
integration and economic reforms, and favours political and economic
cooperation with Warsaw.
