MAKHACHKALA, July 29 (Itar-Tass) - An unidentified attacker shot and
killed the acting head of the village of Verkhniye Ubeki in Dagestan's
Levishinsky district, police said.
The attacker killed Rabadan Omarov near his house at around 23:30,
Moscow time, on Thursday, and fled the scene of crime.
A group of detectives is working at the scene.
