.South Korean FM to pay 4-day visit to Moscow on Aug 6.
SEOUL, August 2 (Itar-Tass) -- South Korean Foreign Minister Kim
Sung-hwan will discuss in Moscow the problem of the Korean Peninsula, a
spokesman for the South Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign
Trade, as Yonhap News Agency reported, announced on Tuesday.
According to him, the four-day visit program, which begins on August
6, envisages a meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov,
discussion of the nuclear problem of the Korean Peninsula and
possibilities for resuming the six-party talks. Both Koreas, Russia, the
United States and Japan participate in the consultations of this format.
