US under secretary of state to visit Russia on August 11-12
WASHINGTON, August 9 (Itar-Tass) - United States Under Secretary of
State for Arms Control and International Security Ellen Tauscher will
visit Russia on August 11-12, a source from the Department of State told
Tass on Monday.
The source said she would surely be in St. Petersburg on Thursday and
Friday, but there was still no confirmation as to concrete meetings she
had scheduled.
State Department sources also said an official report on the upcoming
trip of Ellen Tauscher would come on Tuesday or Wednesday.
