Blast in Trans-Baikal Krai kindergarten injures nobody.

ULAN-UDE, August 10 (Itar-Tass) - There was an explosion early on
Wednesday at the Yolochka kindergarten in the Chernyshevsk settlement in
the Trans-Baikal Territory. The Russian Investigative Committee's (SK)
investigation department for region told Itar-Tass that at 06:00, local
time, there was only a watchman there, and he was not injured by the blast.
"The windows, doors of the room and several partitions were damaged,"
said spokesman for RF SK Trans-Baikal department Yegor Markov.
A pre-investigation check is conducted. The incident scene is being
examined and eyewitnesses are questioned.
According an unofficial versions, a water heater exploded in the
kindergarten. However, it ha not yet been officially commented.
Meanwhile, it has been already a second explosion in a Russian
kindergarten in recent days. In the morning of August 2, an explosive
device made of an aerosol can in gift wrapping exploded in a kindergarten
in Komsomolsk-on-Amur. A five-year-old girl was hurt in the blast. The
terror act triggered a wave of mass police checks in Russian schools and
childcare facilities for their security. RF Interior Minister Rashid
Nurgaliyev and governor of the Khabarovsk Territory Vyacheslav Shport took
the investigation of this crime under personal control.
