Turkish Petroleum Refineries Company's sales up 13 p.c. in first half of 2011

KOCAELI (A.A) - August 15, 2011 - Turkish Petroleum Refineries Company (TUPRAS) announced Monday that its production was up 11 percent and sales 13 percent in the first half of 2011 when compared to the same term last year.
In a written statement released Monday, TUPRAS said that its production went up by 1,010 tonnes and sales by 1,308 tonnes in the first half of 2011 when compared to the same period of 2010.
Operating four oil refineries, with a total of 28.1 million tonnes annual crude oil processing capacity, TUPRAS is Turkey's largest industrial enterprise.
