Ssangyong Engineering wins US$145 mln order from Malaysia
SEOUL, Aug. 16 (Yonhap) -- Ssangyong Engineering & Construction Co. said Tuesday that it has signed a US$145 million deal to build luxury apartments in downtown Kuala Lumpur.
Under the deal with Malaysian real estate development firm Damansara City Snd., Ssangyong will build two 30-story residential buildings that house 268 units in the upscale district of Damansara Heights in Kuala Lumpur.
The construction will be completed in March 2014, said Ssangyong Engineering.
Ssangyong Engineering said that it has clinched a total of 300 billion won (US$280 million) in orders for luxury residences so far this year
