Two of kidnapped Turkish citizens rescued in Afghanistan
ANKARA (A.A) – August 16, 2011 – Two of three Turkish citizens, who were kidnapped in Afghanistan in the end of June, were rescued on Tuesday.
Diplomatic sources said that two Turkish citizens, Sami Bagdas and Mumin Ozel, were rescued in an operation by Afghan security forces.
The third citizen Izzet Karci had been released on August 13.
