NEW ERA IN FIGHT AGAINST TERROR
Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan has said that a new era would begin in Turkey's fight against terror. "The real target of those who stage such heinous acts is to drag Turkey into darkness. Preparatory efforts are under way for a more efficient fight against them," he said at a fast-breaking dinner for relatives of martyred soldiers. 

MOBILIZATION FOR SOMALIA
As Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan is getting ready to travel to Somalia on Friday, donations reached nearly 203 million Turkish lira (about $115 million) at a bank account opened by the Directorate of Disaster and Emergency Management. 

FIRST NATIONAL EARTH OBSERVATION SATELLITE TO BE LAUNCHED
Turkey's first national earth observation satellite RASAT, designed and produced by the TUBITAK-UZAY (Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey - Space Technologies Research Institute) will be launched to space from Yasny Base of Russia at the Kazakh border.

SHE VISITS GOOGLE AND GETS ADVICE
It was revealed that Hayrunnisa Gul, spouse of President Abdullah Gul, visited Google building in the United States. During the visit, Mrs Gul asked about the new technologies that can be used to make the president closer to the people. Taylan Yildiz, one of the Turkish executives of Google, proposed Google Moderator. In this system used by U.S. President Barack Obama, people ask questions. The question that gets the most votes ranks the top. The president answers that question.

TWO SURPRISE VISITORS IN PRIME MINISTRY
As Ankara closely follows the developments in Syria, prime ministry building had visitors. First Iranian Ambassador in Ankara Bahman Hosseinpour came and talked with Deputy Prime Minister Bekir Bozdag. Syria, PJAK operations and the allegation that "Murat Karayilan was captured" were discussed at the meeting. 
After Iranian ambassador departed, U.S. Ambassador Francis Riccardone came and talked to Bozdag for 45 minutes.

TRAUMA HOLIDAY
Those who lost their relatives in the massacre in Oslo will be sent to southern province of Antalya for holiday for psychological treatment.
Norwegian Health Ministry decided to rehabilitate 9,000 people, who lost their relatives in the attack that killed 77 people in Antalya. 
35 Norwegian doctors will come to Antalya in September and start to carry out works.

KEY-READY HOSPIAL IN SOMALIA
Turkey to erect a field hospital in Mogadishu, the capital city of Somalia that strives against famine and drought. 
20 Turkish health personnel will be assigned in the hospital. Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan who will travel to Somalia on Thursday will inaugurate the hospital.
