Kim invites Russian president to visit N Korea

Ulan-Ude, August 24 (Itar-Tass) --General Secretary of KWP and
Chairman of the National Defense Commission Kim Jong-Il has invited
Russian President Dmitry Medvedev to visit North Korea, the representative
of the Russian delegation told ITAR-TASS on Wednesday. The corresponding
invitation the leader of DPRK voiced at talks with the Russian President.
As a rule if the invitation is not timed to a certain date, the
definite time frame of the visit is rarely determined at the highest level
and is usually agreed upon after the leaders' negotiations through
diplomatic channels.
