S. Korean Authorities Termed Arch Criminal Escalating Tension and Wrecking Peace

Pyongyang, August 26 (KCNA) -- The Ulji Freedom Guardian joint military exercises kicked off in south Korea on August 16 created such dangerous situation on the Korean Peninsula that a war may break out any moment.
Rodong Sinmun Friday says this in a bylined article.
UFG is a preliminary war and test nuclear war aimed to round off the preparations for a war against the north, the article says, adding:
It is a product of south Korean authorities' criminal attempt to stem the trend of detente on the peninsula and escalate the confrontation.
It brought to light the true colors of the south Korean authorities working hard to ignite a war against the north while paying lip-service to "peace" and "cooperation" to make a mockery of public opinion at home and abroad.
