BISHKEK, August 30 (Itar-Tass) - Russia reacts with warmth to
everything happening in Kyrgyzstan, Head of Russia's Presidential
Administration Sergei Naryshkin said on Tuesday during his meeting with
Kyrgyzstan's President Roza Otunbayeva.
"I am pleased to greet you on the major national holiday," he said. "I
would like to forward to you greetings from Russia's president."
"We are always happy about anything positive which happens to our dear
friends," he added.
Otunbayeva, in her turn, said that Kyrgyzstan "cannot be without
Russia."
"In fact, you are our elder brother, the country, with which we
connect our future," she said.
