Kamchatka looks into Boeing-737 forced landing.

PETROPAVLOVSK-KAMCHATSKY, September 5 (Itar-Tass) -- The Kamchatka
authorities, including the transport prosecutor's office, are
investigating the reasons for a forced landing of the Boeing-737 airliner
belonging to the Sakhalin Airlines at the Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky
airport, a source in the Kamchatka territorial emergency department told
Itar-Tass on Monday.
The airliner took off at 11.58 p.m. local time from the Kamchatka
airport to Khabarovsk on September 4. The airliner was carrying 61
passengers and eight crewmembers, the Kamchatka airport directorate noted.
The airplane came back to the airport of departure half an hour later.
The fuel leak from the wing caused the return, the source said.
No people were injured in the incident. No people turned for medical
or psychological aid.
The airliner is staying at the airport. All passengers, who are the
residents of Kamchatka, went home. They will be brought to the destination
sites by other flights.
