Kremlin hopes for agreement on joint missile defence with US
MOSCOW, September 8 (Itar-Tass) -- The Kremlin is not dramatising the situation at the talks with the United States on American missile defence, a source in the presidential administration said.
"There is always a chance to come to agreement. We are not dramatising the missile defence situation," he told Itar-Tass.
