Kremlin hopes Obama will come to Russia for talks before yearend.

MOSCOW, September 8 (Itar-Tass) -- The Kremlin hopes that the next
Russian-U.S. summit will take place before the end of the year.
A source in the presidential administration told Itar-Tass that "the
American side has problems with the schedule [of U.S. President Barack
Obama]".
He said it is Obama's turn to come to Russia because the previous
summit took place six months ago in the United States. "We are waiting for
the reply. He [Obama] has the invitation," the source said.
He said the Kremlin "is not dramatising" the situation concerning the
summit. "We hope that we will be able to implement the agreements and hold
the next summit in Russia before the end of the year," the source said.
