MOSCOW (Itar-Tass) - Participants in the VI All-Russian
Media Forum of the United Russia Party will discuss on Sunday further
social and economic development of the country and of its political system.
Traditionally, the forum is timed to the party's congress, but this
time the meeting with federal and regional media will not be a prelude,
but rather a final accord of the ruling party, which set the tune not only
for the running parliamentary campaign, but also to the upcoming
presidential election campaign.
On Saturday, the United Russia leader and Prime Minister Vladimir
Putin proposed that President Dmitry Medvedev should head the list of
United Russia at the elections to the State Duma, and Medvedev, in his
turn initiated the candidature of Putin for the presidential election of

security, and smart foreign policy.
The specific feature of the upcoming media forum is that it will be

Zubkov and Igor Shuvalov, Deputy Prime Ministers Alexander Zhukov, Dmitry
