Putin congratulates Hu Jintao on 62nd anniversary of PRC.

MOSCOW (Itar-Tass) - Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin
has sent a message of congratulations to Chinese President Hu Jintao on
the occasion of the 62nd anniversary since the formation of the People's
Republic of China.
The message says in particular:
"We are glad for successes of friendly China in implementing
large-scale socio-economic transformations. Dynamic internal development
and constructive politics of the PRC on the international arena promotes
growing of Chinese citizens' well-being, strengthening of global stability
and security.
"Our countries reached an unprecedentedly high level of partnership.
The bilateral dialogue is of really confidential, strategic character,
mutual ties in the political, trade and economic, scientific and
technical, humanitarian and other spheres are expanding. The joint events
time to coincide with the 10th anniversary of the Treaty on
Good-Neighbourliness, Friendship and Cooperation between the Russian
Federation and the PRC passed with a great success.
"Regular meetings of the heads of government are an important
mechanism of Russian-Chinese interaction. I'm confident that our
forthcoming talks will promote further building up of the
contractual-legal basis of bilateral cooperation, advancement of new
mutually advantageous projects in different fields. This, undoubtedly,
meets fundamental interests of the friendly peoples of Russia and China."
