Shuvalov discusses in Washington Russia-US trade and economic ties.

MOSCOW, October 4 (Itar-Tass) - Within the framework of a working
visit to Washington, Russian First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov has
held several working meetings, his secretariat reports.
Shuvalov met with U.S. Vice President Joseph Biden, Trade
Representative Ron Kirk, Deputy Assistant to the President Michael Froman,
Special Assistant to the President and Senior Director for Russian and
Eurasian Affairs at the National Security Council Michael McFaul as well
as with Chairman of the House Committee on Ways and Means David Camp and
House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairwoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen.
A wide range of issues of Russian-American trade and economic
relations was discussed, the secretariat reported.
