Palestinian Leader Meets Iran's Top Security Official

TEHRAN (FNA)- Secretary-General of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement Ramadan Abdullah met with Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) Saeed Jalili here in Tehran on Monday, where Abdullah praised the Iranian Supreme Leader's guidelines on Palestine.
"The remarks made by the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei, are a roadmap for liberating Palestine," the Islamic Jihad leader said.

He further briefed Jalili about the latest conditions in Palestine.

Jalili expressed the hope that the Islamic Awakening would soon result in the victory of the Palestinian nation, and called for a maximum utilization of the capacities, which have recently been created in the region, to the benefit of the world of Islam and liberation of Palestine.

He further pointed out that deterioration of crises in the Zionist regime, the US and certain European countries concurrent with the ouster of Israel's allies in the region has eaten away the foundations of the Zionist regime.

Ramadan Abdullah praised Tehran for hosting the 5th International Conference in Support of the Palestinian Intifada, and underlined the Palestinian people and Islamic resistance's firm will and resolve to restore all their rights.

"We consider the Zionist regime as a usurper which lacks legitimacy and is experiencing its demise and we reject any kind of move which would end in recognizing or acknowledging this regime and ignoring the Palestinian lands," Ramadan Abdullah reiterated.
