Russia, China discuss expansion of oil deliveries to oil refinery.

BEIJING, October 12 (Itar-Tass) - Russia and China consider an
expansion of oil deliveries to China's Tianjin oil refinery, Russia's
Deputy Prime Minister Igor Sechin told reporters on Wednesday.
He said the sides are discussing "an expansion of deliveries to the
Tianjin oil refinery within the framework of Rosneft's participation
interest". He also stressed that Russia asks its Chinese partners to
include "the petrochemical bloc" in that project. This means not only
procession, but the production of lube basestock, the possibility of
exports, he explained.
"We have reached a firm agreement that a board of directors of that
enterprise will be formed within the next few days with participation of
Rosneft," he said. The board of directors "will work on that project
calmly, in a routine regime," the top Russian official added.
