PROPERTY TV TO BE LAUNCHED IN DUBAI IN OCTOBER
DUBAI, Sept 25 (Bernama) -- Property TV, an international weekly 24-hour property channel, will be unveiled here in mid-October.
Designed on the infotainment format, the channel covers real estate
projects in the United Arab Emirates, the Middle East, India and the Far
East.
It will have Gulf-specific programming at Dubai prime time daily, Prince
Goyal, the director and chief executive officer of Singapore-registered Property
TV, said in a statement.
"We feel there is a strong need for a dedicated property channel with an
international footprint and global perspective. Viewers will get to know
everything property investment and home decoor.
"Property TV will be a one-stop channel for anything to do with real
estate," said Goyal.
He was in Dubai to finalise arrangements with local service providers to
distribute the free-to-air channel to Gulf homes.
Property TV has set up a production and editorial unit in Dubai to do
Gulf-specific programming.
Property TV is owned by India's Nivesh TV, a subsidiary of Luminaire
Technologies Ltd, a Bombay Stock Exchange listed company.
