S. Korean Authorities' Anti-DPRK War Moves Flayed

Pyongyang, October 13 (KCNA) -- The south Korean authorities in a ceremony to commemorate the "Day of ROK Army" let "enemy forces" disguised in the Korean People's Army uniform stage exercises of crossing the 38th parallel and the River Rakdong holding the DPRK flag.
Minju Joson Thursday says in a bylined commentary in this regard:
The saber-rattling is an open manifestation of their ambition to ignite a war against the DPRK.
Shortly ago, they committed serious provocation of airing anti-DPRK broadcasting by using frequency of the DPRK TV and radio.
The south Korean authorities are working hard to do harm to the DPRK by force of arms in collusion with outside forces. But this is a daydream that can never come true.
They are well advised to clearly understand the will of the army and people of the DPRK and stop the dangerous war moves.
