Relief teams rescue a 13-year-old child 108 hours after the quake

VAN (A.A) - October 28, 2011 - Search and rescue teams pulled a 13-year-old child alive from the rubble 108 hours after the massive earthquake that hit the eastern province of Van. Relief teams pulled 13-year-old Serhat Tokay alive from the rubble of an apartment building in Van's Ercis town. Tokay was taken under treatment in a field hospital. A 7.2 magnitude earthquake jolted Van on Sunday, killing at least 550 people and injuring 2,300 others.
