Putin to address commerce chamber.

MOSCOW, October 28 (Itar-Tass) -- Prime Minister Vladimir Putin will
address a meeting of the Russian Chamber of Industry and Commerce on
Friday.
The government press service said Putin will speak about the promotion
of state-private partnership and its role in the economic modernization,
facilitation of integration on the post-Soviet space, legal regulation of
entrepreneurial activities, decreased administrative barriers, and the
transfer of some government functions to public associations.
