Supreme Leader's Message On Martyrdom Of IRGC Personnel

Tehran, Nov 16, IRNA – Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Ali Khamenei sent a message to the memorial ceremony held here Wednesday on the occasion of martyrdom of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps personnel in the Saturday blast. Some 17 people attained martyrdom in a huge explosion at an ammunition depot of the IRGC in the village of Bidgeneh near Malard city in Alborz province,45 km from capital Tehran, on November 12. “Martyrdom is a divine honor and blessing for us,” Ayatollah Khamenei said in the message which was read to the ceremony by his Senior Advisor for Military Affairs Major General Yahya Rahim-Safavi./end
