ISFAHAN, Jan. 16 (MNA) – Tazieh (Iranian passion play) performances were held in Isfahan province on Saturday to commemorate Arbaeen, the end of 40 days of mourning for the anniversary of the martyrdom of Imam Hussein (AS) his 72 companions on Ashura, the tenth day of Muharram, at the hands of the army of the caliph Yazid in 680 CE.
