Sayaboury and Prayao further co-operation on border
(KPL) The seventh meeting of the sub-committee on border security co-operation between Sayaboury province of Laos and Prayao province of Thailand was officially held last week in Prayao province of Thailand.
The meeting jointly chaired by governors of two provinces has discussed and reviewed the implementation of the MoU signed by two sides at the sixth meeting. According to the meeting, in the past one year, the sides has closely worked to maintain the security along the common border; the trade between two sides people has also well done and accordance with the policy to promote the relation and co-operation between Laos and Thailand.
At the meeting, the sides also considered and signed the MoU of seventh meeting. The 8th meeting of the Sayaboury and Prayao sub-committee on border co-operation will be take place in Sayaboury province.
