TEHRAN,Feb.4(MNA)-- Iranian Oil Minister Rostam Qasemi sent a letter to the secratary general of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries, urging its members to cooperate to avoid strengthening the European Union-backed sanctions of Iranian crude.
