HH the Qatar Emir Issues a Set of Decrees

DOHA, February 07 (QNA) -HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani on Tuesday issued the decree No./13/ of 2012 ratifying an agreement between the governments of Qatar and the Philippines on avoidance of double taxation and preventing financial evasion as related to income tax and which was signed in the Doha City on 14/12/2008 and to have the power of law as per the article /68/ of the constitution. HH the Emir also issued the decree No./14/ OF 2012 endorsing the media cooperation agreement between the governments of Qatar and Belarus and which was signed in the Doha City on 15/08/2011 and to have the power of law as per the article /68/ of the constitution. Then HH the Emir issue a third decree No./15/ of 2012 endorsing the cultural cooperation protocol on renovation of castles, forts, archeological sites and the historical landmarks in Qatar and which was signed in the Doha City between the governments of Qatar and Morocco on 23/02/2011 and to have the power of law as per the article /68/ of the constitution. The decrees provided for putting the three decrees into force, be effective as from the date of their issue and are to be published in the official gazette. (QNA)
