Turkish football federation meets UEFA president

NYON (A.A) - March 6, 2012 - Turkish Football Federation (TFF) President Yildirim Demiroren met UEFA President Michel Platini in Nyon, Switzerland on Tuesday. After the meeting, TFF Honorary Chairman Senes Erzik said that preparations for UEFA Congress that would take place in Istanbul on March 22 were discussed in the meeting. The meeting lasted for nearly one hour. On February 27, Demiroren was elected the president of TFF by receiving 221 of 229 votes. Demiroren became the 41st president of TFF.
