Bokeo Governor talks to people of Donethat development village cluster

(KPL) On September 29, Mr. Khammane Souvileurt, member of the party central committee and governor of Bokeo province visited and talked to people of Donethat development village cluster, Tonepheng district.
Mr. Khammane was briefed about the social-economic development situation in his village. He said that the Donethat village is the collection of the small villages of Ban Donesavanh, Ban Homyen and Ban Donethat together and so far the village has 640 families, 507 household with 3,206 people.
The village has composed with three main ethnic group people of Leu, Lao and H'mong. Farming and animal raising are their main activities to improve their living condition and produce for export to the local market.
At the talks, Mr. Khammane expressed congratulations to the leading officials from the district and villagers for their contribution to develop the village and their efforts for national defense and construction.
On this occasion, Mr. Khammane also presented some clothes worth more than 3 million kip to the flood victims in the village.
