TCELS suggests 10 healthy Thai dishes

BANGKOK, April 4 (TNA) - Thailand Centre of Excellence for Life Sciences (TCELS) has suggested 10 healthy dishes as alternatives for Thai people to consume, especially during their rush hours. Director of the International Anti-Ageing Institute Dr. Krisada Sirampuch, who has been assigned by the TCELS to inform the Thai public about the rush-hour dishes, said that the 10 dishes include Pad Si Ew or stir fried noodles, Kuay Jab Noodle, Kuay Teow Rua or Thai noodle soup, Khao Rad Kaeng or rice with curry, fired rice, Pad Grapow Kai Dow or stir fry basil chicken with basil and fired egg, Khao Mun Kai or Hainanese chicken rice, Pad Thai or stir fired rice noodles with eggs, Nam Prik Plah Tu or Mackerel chili dip and Khao Niew Moo Ping or sticky rice with grilled pork on skewers. Krisada suggested these dishes not only fit well into a hectic lifestyle of Thai people, but they also cheap and contain all essential nutrition each consumer needs a day. (TNA)
