No tension in Tehran-Ankara ties, Iran’s ambassador says

TEHRAN, April 7 (MNA) – Iran’s ambassador to Ankara dismissed reports that relations between Iran and Turkey have soured over the Syria crisis and a decision by Iran to change the venue of nuclear talks from Turkey to China or Russia. The relations between Iran and Turkey have been “unique” and the value of trade between the two neighbors has increased to reach over 16 billion dollars, Ambassador Bahman Hosseinpour told the Turkish television NTV.
