‘Reformists can regroup for presidential election if Khatami returns’

TEHRAN, April 12(MNA) – Iranian MP Mohammad Reza Khabbaz of the Majlis minority faction has said that reformists can regroup to engage in political activities for the next presidential election in 2013 if former president Mohammad Khatami spearheads their campaign. Khabbaz said that Khatami’s participation in the March parliamentary election has paved the way for his return to the country’s political stage.
