Iran, Nigeria ink economic cooperation deal

TEHRAN,April 18(MNA) - Iran and Nigeria signed a deal on Monday, which will expand cooperation in different fields of the two countries economies. Iranian Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade Mehdi Ghazanfari and Nigerian Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Viola Adaku Onwuliri inked the deal in Tehran. The deal included expanding cooperation in the fields of commerce, banking, technology, IT, transit, energy, housing, agriculture, and engineering. Trade between the two countries stood at $50 million last year.
