University of Malaya to hold workshop on Persian painting

TEHRAN,April 19(MNA) – Persian miniaturist Mohammad Hadi Abolqasemi will hold a workshop at the University of Malaya (UM) on Thursday. He will talk about art, history, principles and techniques of art of Persian painting at the university. Afterwards, he will teach principles and patterns of Persian painting in a workshop. The workshop will be held in collaboration with the Cube Gallery to introduce Persian painting to foreign fans. The University of Malaya intends to undertake teaching and learning, conduct research and provide services of quality, and generate and advance knowledge.
