MP Urges Paris To Change Attitude On Iran Nuclear Activity

Tehran, May 20, IRNA – Spokesman of the National Security and Foreign Policy Commission of Majlis ( Parliament) called for a change in France's new statements and behavior toward Iran's peaceful nuclear activities. Kazem Jalali told IRNA that former French President Nicola Sarkozi had many mistakes during his tenure. Following US policies, political radicalism and full support for the Zionist regime and ignoring nations' rights during Islamic awakening were among Sarkozi's political mistakes according to the Iranian MP. He said President Hollande should improve France's prestige in international circles bearing in mind Sarkozi's mistakes and presenting an almost balanced image of France in the multipolar world./end
