Iran Finance Minister Meets Abu Dhabi Crown Prince

Abu Dhabi, June 12, IRNA – Iran’s Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance Shamseddin Hosseini conferred with the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Mohammed bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Monday evening on issues of mutual interests. The visiting Hosseini and Mohammed bin Zayed, who is also Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, also discussed avenues to strengthen bilateral economic cooperation. Hosseini arrived in Abu Dhabi a day after Iran’s Oil Minister Rostam Qasemi, on behalf of President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, invited the ruler Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan to attend the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) summit to be held in Tehran late summer./end
