S. African Envoy: RSA Facilitates Issuance Of Visas To Iranian Traders

Qazvin, June 13, IRNA - South African Ambassador to Tehran Ebrahim Mohammad Sali said on Tuesday that RSA Consulate in Tehran has shortened the time of issuing visas to Iranian traders to less than 24 hours. He told IRNA that RSA has executed different economic plans in Iran and hopes to expand trade ties with the country by holding the 11th session of Joint Economic Commission. Sali considered his tour of Qazvin, Tabriz, and Kerman as a new step towards promoting the two countries' ties and said RSA keeps its doors open to expansion of ties and cooperation with Iran. Reiterating that long geographical distance between Iran and RSA cannot be used as a pretext to reduce mutual cooperation, he said RSA Embassy has opened its economic section to increase interaction with Iranian Chamber of Commerce with an aim of broadening ties with Iran./end
