Iran's Salehi is optimistic about nuclear talks in Moscow

TEHRAN, June 14 (MNA) – Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi said Iran is optimistic about the results of the upcoming nuclear talks with the major powers in Moscow. In a joint press conference with his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov on Wednesday, Salehi said Iran’s talks with the 5+1 group (the five permanent members of the UN Security Council and Germany) in Istanbul on April 14 and again in Baghdad on May 23-24 headed in the right direction. He also expressed hope that the Moscow talks would be constructive as well. Negotiators from Iran and 5+1 group will meet in Moscow on June 18 and 19.
