Parisian foundation to screen Iranian video arts

TEHRAN,June 14(MNA) -- A collection of video arts created by Iranian artists will be screened during an exhibition at the Parisian foundation, Cité Internationale des Arts. Entitled “Part of Me: Mise en abyme”, the exhibit will be held in two separate parts from June 23 to July 24. “Part of Me”, curated by Amirali Qasemi, includes works by Mohammad Abbasi, Erfan Abdi, Makan Ashgvari, Ghazaleh Bahiraii, Amir Bastan, Puya Ehsaii, Bahar Fattahi, Arvin H. Kamal, Tala Madani, Mahan Mo’allemi, Melika Shafahi, Zoha Zokaii and Nilufar Zolfaqari. “Mise en abyme”, curated by Sandra Skurvida, comprises works by Mehraneh Atashi, Maneli Aygani, Bahar Behbahani, Negar Behbahani, caraballo-farman, Barbad Golshiri, Anahita Hekmat, Hamed Sahihi, Bahar Samadi, Farkhondeh Shahroudi, Negar Tahsili and Kianoosh Vahabi. The exhibition is a part of the Iranian Arts Now festival, which is an interdisciplinary and international event featuring contemporary Iranian art, including film, music, performance art and photography.
