Netherlands’ treatment of Iranian students irrational: Iranian ambassador

TEHRAN,June 23(MNA) – Iranian ambassador to the Netherlands said that the Dutch Immigration Office’s decision to reject renewal applications for residency made by Iranian students is irrational and contrary to human rights norms. Dutch Foreign Minister Uri Rosenthal has recently announced that the sanctions imposed against Iran by the United Nations and the European Union prompted his ministry’s decision.
