Laos hands over Khean and Lao song CD to Cambodia

(KPL) Lao Ministry of Information and Culture presented three Khean (Lao traditional music instrument) and a number of Lao traditional song CDs as a gift to Stung Treng and Ratta Kiri provinces, Cambodia, on 9 October to promote culture between two countries.
The gift was handed over by a representative of Lao Ministry of Information and Culture (MIC), Mr Vayolinh Phrasavath, Deputy Head of MIC Office who was accompanies by Head Office of Information and Culture of Champassak province, and Khean technical players from the National Library, to a representative of the Stung Treng Governor Lou Sopha.
Mr Lou Sopha expressed thanks to the MIC of Laos and leading officials of Laos for contributing to the enhancement of cultural relationship. He stressed on the improvement of tourism development between Cambodia and Laos.
At the same day, Mr Vayolinh handed over a number of Khean and Lao traditional song CD to the Information and Culture Service of Attapue province for Rattana Kiri province of Cambodia.
